Dana has said very well keep more of your customers if it intends to personally contact you, after all, everyone feel important and remembered. I also want a discount or a bottle of shampoo or conditioner on your first visit in his new room.
ReplyDeleteI would add, be careful. If you store a list of customers, then you are safe in contact with them. If the list on a company computer or a file is saved, you can be angry sued by a former chief of the theft of their rooms to customers. If you are in another room, would find in the best interest to know how many phone numbers and call him.
